KOPA advantages:
KOPA ovens are fully insulated. We use ceramic fibre insulation throughout the oven. KOPA ovens can be touched without getting burned during operation. Due to this we also consume up to 20% less charcoal than other in category. KOPA radiate less heat to the kitchen, food truck etc.
KOPA door design is lighter than competitors. This is especially important with these kind of ovens that need to be opened more than 100 times per day. Competitors people will tell you that their door is more robust.. It’s just another way to say we cannot do it this light. It’s quite a challenge to do the doors our of sheet metal and not cast iron and that they perform as they should.
KOPA ovens, fire-break and, with two bigger models, also two grill racks are included in the price. Our competitors often ask customer to pay them separately.
KOPA design is more compact. Less space needed for ashes.
